Jeffreys Bay
Some of the best surfing in the world - the "Supertubes" site is on the international surfing championship circuit. It is worth the small detour off the N2 to witness board-riders in action. Waves are bigger in winter but there is action all year round.
Langkloof Fruit Route
The Langkloof Valley is a beautiful agricultural region that lies in the valley between the Kouga and the Baviaanskloof mountain in the North and the Tsitsikamma mountain range in the South. This area is famous for its fruit which is exported all over the globe. Be sure to check out the Langkloof Fruit Route that winds through the local fruit farms.
Port Elizabeth
Set on the sweeping shores of Algoa bay, Port Elizabeth has some of the best beaches in South Africa - two of which have achieved blue flag status. Entrance to all beaches is free.
Grahamstown
This Historic city is the centre of frontier country - where khoi, xhosa, English and Boer first met. Well worth visiting if you are interested in the history of South Africa.
Sunshine Coast
